In the summer of 2024, we provided a van to the KLM soccer club for their Summer Soccer For All program. We all must invest in youth to help them create a strong sense of self, confidence and a feeling of belonging.

I want to thank you for facilitating the use of the Rick’s Heart Foundation van to transport equipment during our Summer Soccer For All Program. The impact of your contribution was massive and allowed for more than 500 families to join an affordable soccer program for their children during the summer. For many of our kids who live primarily in East Vancouver, your contribution made a huge impact this summer and we are very grateful for your help.
Our ability to utilize the van this fall for our programs ensures that we can continue to provide soccer opportunities for boys and girls in the neighborhoods they live. Yes we play soccer…. but we consider ourselves a valuable community service.
The club has an award of appreciation they would like to present to Rick in December in recognition of your contribution to the community.
